Exchanges Only – No Cash Refunds
Blafboutiek does not offer cash refunds, refunds to bank accounts, credit cards, or any other payment method. We only offer exchanges for eligible products that meet the requirements outlined below.
Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:

Non-Exchangeable Items
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Blafboutiek is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details of the item. Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, an exchange will be processed for a replacement item of equal value or store credit.
